Plays

'Measureless to Man' (1991) - Drama - 4 men and 1 woman remain in a nuclear bunker after the holocaust. When the woman falls pregnant they hold a trial to determine the fate of the baby and indeed mankind.

'What's the Bloody Point' (1993/4) - Drama/Comedy - A young man goes slowly insane whilst working in a supermarket.

'Shock Therapy' (1996) - Drama - A psychiatrist embarks on an affair with his best friend's wife and confronts the two of them throughout an evening of drinking and soul searching.

'Party' (1997) - Comedy/Drama - The after show party of a group of amateur actors reveals years of sexual secrets, collusion and lies. (Performed by the Wycliffe Players 1997)

'The Dream of Summer' (1998) - Drama/Comedy - An old man dreams of finding love one last time.

'A Happy End' (1999) - Farce - An eminent 'New Labour' politician enters an impotence clinic. The resulting chaos brings him closer to his wife and son and gives him back the humanity all politicians lose.

'The Gravediggers' (1999/2000) - Drama/Comedy - Two families, one British and one American meet over their dead sons' graves. The resulting get-together reveals disturbing truths for all of them.

'David and David' (2000/2001) - Drama/Comedy - Two 11yr old boys from different backgrounds are brought together when they find themselves trapped underground. (Broadcast on Sheffield Live Radio - Mar 2003).

'Mummy' (2003) - Ghost/Drama - Short ten minute radio drama. A father and young daughter are terrorised by noises they hear in their house, late at night.

'Dark House' (1994/5) - Horror Film - A young teacher begins to experience a series of nightmares that seem to be actually killing other women in the city.

'The Bell Jar' (1997) - Drama - An adaptation of Sylvia Plath's only novel. A young woman's experiences of New York, sex, suicide and the American system of mental health in the 1950's.

The Perfect Gentleman (2003) - Drama/Violence - A not so perfect gentleman instructs another in the art of killing for money. Read the Treatment

'Bouncing Ball' (1994) - Drama - a film editor remembers the bullying he experienced as a child.

'Last Year' (1994) - Drama - An experimental script dealing with the nature of memory. Ostensibly a love story.

'All the Dead Dears' (1995) - Drama - An adaptation of a Sylvia Plath short story.

'The Trouble with Johnny' (1995) - Comedy - A group of film students have difficulty making a film.

'The Right Crank Show' (1996) - Comedy - A mock documentary on the life of an old actor.

'Numbers Up' (1997) - Drama/Comedy - A satire about the National Lottery.

'The Perfect Man' (2000) - Sci-Fi - An android goes on trial for the mercy killing of his android wife.

Novels

'Luke and the Witch' (2004) - Children's Novel - An 11yr old dyslexic child dreams that a witch is stealing his town's children, and then they actually begin to disappear.
